London's Finest Flappers - The Bees Knees

The Bee’s Knees are the genius loci of the Café de Paris, the place where the Charleston was first introduced to London. These high-energy flapper girls take all that was glorious about an era when knees were the height of excitement and inject their own thoroughly modern brand of humour, style and skill. Since they started dancing together in 2004 they have carved out their own special niche in the world of cabaret, specialising in vintage and eccentric dances from the 1920s to the 1940s and reviving popular dance crazes and steps from the jazz age. They combine original music, fancy footwork, delectable costumes and slick tandem choreography to create a truly unique and rather wonderful spectacle. La Reve loves ‘em.
